Amazing experience! The staff was super friendly and encouraging. They took their time to explain some techniques. Plus side for us, some of their staff speak French which really helped my kids to be at ease and understand everything

This place has an awesome vibe and energetic staff! Great memberships packages, staff always assist and there are many easy to harder walls! Excellent way to tire kids out :-) even if busy, the team are ready and fit customers in! Happy customer and highly recommend for a pumped up time!

A great activity place for kids. Very safe. Smaller than the other branches of Adventure HQ yet it is good enough to keep kids busy and active for an hour or two. Number of kids per session is controlled. Staff are really friendly and helpful to all kids alike. Despite no online booking, they accepted my child. Kudos to Sebastian Joseph for doing a great job and some personal attention to my kid who was a first timer. Will try to visit other branches soon.

Excellent fun arena for kids and family, limited space, limited experiences, but good concept

It is really good place for kids. The climbing activity is a good excersice for kids. The staff there are helpful to teach and encourage kids to climb. Birthday parties can be organized here.

It's always disappointing seeing a great place go South due to unskilled manangement that miss the fact that a happy customer is a returning customer. My 3 kids have been regulars to this place visiting it at least 2 times a month and always enjoying it. Today they wanted to enjoy their time at this place whilst using a 2for1 voucher that they had gotten from a birthday party they attended recently. This wasn't the first time they do this, and the previous team have always been welcoming and accommodating. Today, we were ill greeted by a young Mr. Navid who took great pride in declaring that he was the manager of this place and that he has all the authority to allow or turn away any customer before happily walking away from me and my 3 kids. Needless to say, we decided that such a place does not deserve our business until the likes of Mr. Navid understand that customers deserve to be listened to and treated with respect. Not only so, my three kids (and children really register things) walked away thinking that bad customer service needs to be reported and went on to share their experience with their friends on the social forums.... We went with the intentions of having a good time at Adventure HQ, and left as lapsed customers who will not return again until Adventure HQ invests in training their inexperienced "managers" on how to treat customers and try to accommodate their wishes..... Disappointing to say the least when the place can be a loads of fun for kids.
