Nice hotel with a convenient location for me.
My room was quite spacious.
The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.
It is important to know that you should go for breakfast before 8 o'clock, otherwise you might end up in a long queue waiting for a free table.

Inside the hotel you also have a nice pub as well as an Italian restaurant.

In case you want to move around in Dubai, the next Metro station is just a five minute walk away. The Metro is still by far the fastest way to go somewhere and not get stuck in traffic.

The only minus for me was the slow Internet connection. I really struggled to join the meetings I called for.

I can't believe how such hotel with such number of rooms doesn't have qualified stuff.
Assistant manager, manager quality more than expected.

1 star only for the staff because they were excellent. Other than that, this hotel was garbage. the toilet does not flush, the spray breaks and you have to fix it. the door seal of the shower fell down. i did not feel comfortable in this hotel. for its price it should have been a million times better but it wasn't. what a disappointment.

All inclusive package with not-all-inclusive nothing! Swimming pool/sunbeds in the shade all day and very poor lunch options. Avoid staying here if you can find something better

Excellent customer service.
All the staff are very friendly, professional and extremely mannered.
Very clean room and great food and outdoor facilities.
Our only problem was that the swimming pool water was cold.
Great pleasure to stay here and would highly recommend!!

I felt I'm not in Dubai. The menu had pork meals and the waiter was offering wine continuously. I just felt uncomfortable. Shouldn't the restaurant respect the country's culture and understand the customer's background?
And, the chief waiter lacks training. He kept using his figure and put it over and close to the dishes to explain the names of food. Really? He has no idea how to handle food or customers

Very nice food and lovely place and gentle staff, definitely we will visit again.

Am watching the World Cup Eng/Col, ordering a burger well done.. what I received was  greasy and below average. load of greasy greens and melted tomatoes, buttery and too fatty. 
I do love fatty burgers when fat ads value not when everything is greasy and slippery with  ingredients.

Excellent service and close to everything.
The buffet breakfast is amazing and there was a large variety to choose from.

We visited the O2 spa. This review is only a direct reflection of the spa, and not the hotel. The O2 spa is average at best. We were not asked what kind of massages we would like,  or even the pressure we preferred. Would not recommend this place.

Good friendly service, breakfast is good. The area around is a bit limited but the shuttle to the Mall of Emirates is handy

Hotel is good. Several restaurant choices serving different cuisines. 
Rooms are big and bathrooms are clean

I stayed for one night recently and it was a good experience. Room was clean and big and very polite staff. Check out was at 12 but we manage to get a late check out for 2pm. Location is not the best but it's close to mall of emirates. Breakfast was OK but it serves until 10 but the problem is that even if you got there before that time you will on be a served until 10 o clock! Other than that it was a nice hotel.

Attended a few events there. The food has always been excellent, the service is great, staff is extremely friendly and professional. Would highly recommend to use their conference rooms. The hotel in general looks like it's well maintained. Almost everyone here just wants to help with a smile. Great hotel. Well done.

This place is a 5 Stars. The staff is amazing, the food is spectacular, and the rooms are spacious. Will always be among my first choices if I ever need a hotel. The rates are also very reasonable.
