The worst management ever, they will steel your classes and will ask for money all the time, I don’t recommend at all. Worst cancellation team as well,  they don’t make any effort to solve problems and they are very rude.

Unprofessional owners and the Management! I regret coming here. I had the worst experience with them and I will never recommend this school.

Teachers are good, Management is the worse. Melodica keeps charging money for everything post sign up in the pretext of internal exams, cancelled classes, concerts. If the students goes sick, they need a notification 24 hours before otherwise they will charge extra. If the teacher goes sick in,  the other case, they cancel the class the same day need not be 24 hours prior. The customer service is extremely poor, because they keep forwarding the calls from one department to the another until you give up.

I can’t give them below 1 star so they get 1.

I am extremely disappointed with the service specifically at the Melodica Motor City, I purchased as key board from them which had a constant high pitch sound… obviously it was faulty and needed to be replaced. I have been waiting 1 week for them to respond to my messages, when you call them they have absolutely no idea what they should do and just tell you they’ll call you back! Not only is this extremely frustrating, I purchased this bit of equipment expecting a good service from a known company.

All we wanted was a new piece because the one we got was obviously not working. They couldn’t get back to us on this so my husband asked for a refund but they told him no one in the store knows how to process a refund…

I wouldn’t buy anything from them again and strongly advise that if you are buying an instrument that you are in a quiet place to test is properly!

I have to give a one star as there is no option for zero ! I am going through a terrible experience with Melodica right now with absolutely no response from the management . They claim “ their email is not working and hence they cannot reply “ . My daughter had a fabulous teacher but the Managements cancellation policy and scheduling are extremely disorganised. This has worsened after they centralised the process and the reception no longer handles any changes . They have AGREED verbally about all their mistakes BUT are refusing to email this officially .This clearly shows they don’t want to take up the responsibility!!! I have sent THREE emails with no response back .
Melodica why are you busy advertising on radio about yourself when you are unable to maintain the EXISTING students ? This is not how a business should run and especially not a business like yours which is so expensive !! I have been forced to leave this review after patiently waiting for more than 2 weeks with Melodica ! My daughter has now wasted her practise sessions and will not be able to take the exam because of Melodica !

Highly recommended if you are looking for instruments, they have a wide selection.

It was nice seeing kids on your concert I would to try to enroll my kids in your institution. Very talented.

Melodica clearly know how assemble an exceptional team!!

I have fond memories of personal messages of support and encouragement received from the JLT receptionists & my extra supportive sax tutor during a challenging personal spell earlier in the year which propelled me to push for a speedy return to my music lessons at the earliest opportunity.

I cannot speak highly enough of the teams professionalism & dedication to students....

My 6 year old goes to Melodica JLT for piano wit Ms Anastasia and she loves it. Teacher is very patient with kids and treats them like family. I commend the friendly staff as well who always welcomes us . Bravo for this great school.

I have  enrolled my son for two terms now in Melodica JLT and I made the right decision. They are not just a school but a home. My son loves going to his lessons, loved his teacher and enjoy every minute in the school. Two thumbs up for the EXCELLENT customer service and personalized service they give. I am a working mom and many times I have entrusted to keep an eye on my son should i come late or my nanny comes late to pick him up. My son is safe and happily coloring and I know he is well taken cared of. I salute the management for having the most outstanding service and professional teachers. Highly recommended. Thank you Melodica for treating us like family.

I am taking drums lessons in JLT and i am happy with my decision. I love the school and my teacher is amazing. I specifically love the customer service of the front office providing updates and flexibility with schedule. They are very friendly and accommodating . And the yellow interiors just gives a happy vibe. Kudos Melodica.

I had a very memorable experience with Melodica. The people especially the reception area always gave me positive vibes.  Although I have moved now to a different location, I still am planning to go back to Melodica JLT for my piano lessons. Looking forward to this day.

I’m a newbie in Dubai. It’s been a long time I  haven’t played guitar. Music has always been my passion. Moving to a new city seems hard to adjust from the thing you are used to. When I found Melodica, it brought me closer to home, because with music I am home. Thanks guys!

We are on the second term now and I recently renewed my girls piano packages with Melodica JLT. I can say I am truly satisfied with the school. My daughters love their lessons...i say every single minute of it. They have improved a lot and showed tremendous progress. I personally like the personalized treatment we get from the Reception to the teachers. Always a fun place to be.. Thank you Melodica.

Been hearing a lot of good things about the institute. I have friends who had violin lessons here last year. I decided to try my luck this time . I did the assessment as they call it and was pleased about the professionalism of the instructors. Plus the very accommodating Reception . The end reasult?I enrolled myself for guitar classes. Looking forward to fruitful lessons with Melodica JLT.

I enrolled my 8 year old daughter here for guitar. Not only is the location perfect since I live in Cluster N, i find the school an amazing avenue for my child to enhance music skills. The staff are friendly and very welcoming and she has an experienced teacher and very professional. Never could have found a better place.
