Amazing experience. This place is a gem in the middle east. Everything went great until they forget our bags on the boat ride back to the welcome center. We even asked the staff on the boat if they grabbed our bags and they confirmed. We asked them if they can send a boat to grab the bags, but they were just gonna wait for the next boat to bring them until we told them that we had to catch a flight.

I just got back from Nurai Island Resort and I'm impressed. The variety of food was really good, and the service didn't disappoint. The resort has a lively feel, thanks to its colorful decor and chic furniture. It's a bit on the expensive side, but the cleanliness and well-organized setting justify the cost. Definitely a good pick for a luxury escape.

Little slow getting onto the island, things felt a little disorganised. It was as if they were understaffed, the employees seemed stressed. Nothing was explained to us once we reached the island, we were kind of just left to our own devices, brunch was amazing, so many options available, drinks were good to. As you can expect because of the volume of food the taste wasn’t amazing however it was still fresh and fill a hole, pool area was beautiful, staff were attentive also. Toilet was flooded and seemed to stay like that the whole day which was a little disappointing, overall I think it’s value for money and the champagne package was worth it.

This property should not be classed as 5*, it's a 4* resort. It's the small, intricate details where they are missing the mark.
Firstly, the rooms are looking quite tired. Marks on the glass, the furniture doesn't match and the tables are Ikea. Our TV didn't work so they sent someone to fix it and they started drilling at 10pm, they should have checked the TV didn't work prior.
The room service food was very average, the fries were cold and pretty tasteless.
I was supposed to get a bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival but nowhere to be seen.
A checkout letter came to my door which was nice however they put Mr instead of Miss.
I paid the surcharge to take my dog however had to chase them for the water bowls and bed.
There's cracks in the tiles in the floor, curtains were not fully functional.
It's still a very beautiful resort and staff were very friendly however the price does not match compared to other resorts close-by.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Firstly, the cleanliness was appalling; we discovered tiny bugs all over the bathroom floors. Additionally, the buggy service was consistently late. The worst part was when they cut off the water supply for the entire night, a shocking 10-hour ordeal, and didn't bother to inform us until it was too late. The overall value for the money I paid was abysmal. The food was dry and tasteless, and the service was simply terrible. I would strongly advise against staying here.

The message was so bad and instead of being relaxed I’ve been in pain for days. It’s not the first review about the spa my friends also had the same bad comment. Make sure to evaluate the technicians working in spa. If they have the basic way or meaning of a message.

Beautiful location but the service is extremely disappointing!
Staff do not care about the clients at all. They need better management over the weekend.

Best Resort I have ever been to by far. Everything is of the best of the best quality from the villas to the bathroom amenities. Will be visiting again soon.

Really good idea to go to this place cuse is it a mazing thing to do and relax all day while you're still awake and you're going to have fun with your family

Superb island. Everything about this island is absolutely awesome: the greenery, the beaches, the alleyways... 
Before I went there I heard that it’s expensive the fee is $120 for a day pass. It turns out that the amount you pay is reimbursable. You choose whether you want to spend it on food & beverages, activities on the island or even spa. The experience overall turned out to be really affordable and worth every penny.

The island is incredible! It really is as they say the Maldives of the UAE. The smoking pineapple is a restaurant/bar right in the beach with an absolute amazing DJ. However the best food to be had on the island is from Hooked. It’s an Arabic Restaurant which you can really find anywhere in the UAE, but the food was to die for. Highly recommend it. Friendly staff and the ambience is perfect for a romantic evening with a loved one.

Fantastic hideout from to be. Away from busy and noisy city. Amazed by the green plants maintained inside the island

Amazing hotel. Its expensive but worth the money. The staff were very friendly. The villa and the view were amazing. They have tons of activities and a nice playground for kids.
